Texas Goat Gal found an interesting graphic on line… Premises Identity cards and an accompanying press release from Clemson University. Things to note are the date, the replacement fee, the expectation of return and the fact that they’ve published what is supposed to be private information.
Hat tip to Texas Goat Gal

Well, another way to steal identity, but since the Premise Collateral Identification Permit is just a stockholder’s right to room on the governments property what is left to loose? Once you sign the Collateral over to the USDA you no longer own anything on the place and most likely will be moved off for someone more compliant after they add all the stipulations, regulations, fees, fines and requirements onto the permit to just keep said permit. Property taxes will look like nothing compared to the options of abuse available with the Premise Collateral Identification Permit.

This looks a lot like a farming license.

Access Your Nais account??? Means it’s online for anybody to steal.

I can see the nais police coming to the local parades to search for ‘voluntary’ nais cards. If someone doesn’t have one I can see the phones buzzing.

I agree with comment #2. It looks like a license to farm and the fee, your tax to farm. What WAS your right to be self sufficent, is now controled by the government. Your little piece of heaven isn’t what it use to be.

I see that the card also states that there is a $20 fee for a replacement. Another way to make you pay.
