Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.</description>

					<description>HR 2749 has passed out of committee for a full House vote.  Particularly worrisome in regards to NAIS is Sec. 107 (a)(c)(1)(A) To maintain the full pedigree of the origin and previous distribution of the food.  

Maybe we should just start growing cows instead of &quot;food&quot;.</description>

Unlike most of the sheeples, controlling a farmer is nearly impossible by propaganda means, i.e, man-made global warming, broken health care system, so how can it be done?  By forcing control of their water, land, livestock, and crops.</description>
