Great effort Sabrina. Thank you for getting the info. out to the people. You're right there's no time like the present to mobilize. Where did you hold the presentation? Any chance at getting any press from your efforts? I like hearing about those of you who are doing something...it further motivates me to continue my efforts. While NoNAIS.org is our focal point for info., news and reporting in, what we do "out there" to open the uninformed eyes is very important. All of us need to push harder now. Let "them" react to our efforts, this is our country, if "they" don't like it, "they" can get the hell out! We know who the real Patriots are here, it's us and it's time to act! Great job, thanks again!

I just held a public presentation in our area. I thought I'd make a 1/2 hour info presentation, which turned into an hour and a half presentation, and I still didn't cover everything I had intended to cover. Some good people showed up and I provided 10 page info packages to take home and memorize. I will be holding monthly presentations about this so we can begin to organize in our area. Organizing is crucial right now. I don't want any more updates on THEIR progress that makes me lose my breath. I am sick to death of people saying they have never heard of NAIS!! I have reached capacity for those things and can only be consoled through public info presentations where I feel the "buck stops here"!! I mean that was it- I've had it up to here, and I can no longer just read about what the "other side" is doing in the way of progress. How about all of you guys- are you tired of this crap yet?? Have you had enough of hearing about what THEY are doing all the time? I make the call to all of you. This is the crucial year to "move it or lose it". You all know as much as I do, and if I can do it, anybody can do it! I rented the room, I advertised in the animal classifieds, I posted flyers everywhere animal people go. I got my facts and articles together and headed out the door. Plain and simple. I hope you all decide you have had enough of their progress as well. I received a nice thankyou for bringing the info and it was well received. Best wishes!

...just got back from "Christmas shopping" I'm less impressed with Americans abilities to cooperate with civility everyday, (damn impatient city slickers!) but that's another story. Since I've become the family bore (boar?) and babble on about Nonais at most gatherings, on behalf of the younger nephews I have to ask "will Santa Claus still come this year? You see, we're not sure if The North Pole has implemented "voluntary" NAIS yet...I know Santa and his reindeer (livestock?) have a
busy night coming up soon and I thought if he has to file a report on every "premise" he enters and leaves, heck that's like a billion roof tops those reindeer are going to be pawing soon, shouldn't Congress appropriate more money to handle all that data? Better watch out Santa "they" see you when you're sleeping, "they" know if you've been bad or good!

In most cities in CO you cannot have an unlicensed car parked in your driveway. It has to be hidden under a tarp or in the backyard. And in Wheat Ridge, the code enforcement dept. has the right to come into your backyard & tell you what you can have there - even if it cannot be seen from the street. They want everything neat & tidy & sheds can be inspected also. I think that that there are too many officials with nothing to do, so they have invented these things. Maybe the gov. should cut back on employees so that the necessary one are kept busy.
