If I remember my law course correctly, The body of US law is divided into three categories: common law (based on Old English common law in most states), Laws passed by Congress and the real stinker CASE LAW. In other words Danny's "guilt" sets a precedence that allows other judges to find the rest of us guilty in similar cases because Danny was found guilty. For something, I knew things would finaly come around. You know how you felt when they shot your pig that is how i felt the day of settlement on my house. I knew if i left it in GODS hands he would help me in gratification to justice. you mention you are good people and teach church classes and you treat people as you did me. that is not right. USDA uses these methods and the shock of being off guard to carry out their missions, for sure. BUT 7 months later?? Finally off the property, is a bit much.
