If it's a demand ask the caller under which section of the Constitution do they derive their authority from and for their name, where they live, their home phone number, how much they make, color of their eyes, names of their children, how often they sleep on their back, if they wet the bed, color of their last bowel movement etc. if they ask why you need to know or what business of yours it is...reply, "my point exactly". Then send them several more letters and tell them they're not complying with your requests... No entry without a warrent. My husband and I are retired police officers and we know our Rights. Take me to jail, would make a lousy inmate. Recommended Actions  Work with industry to achieve the cross-referencing of Flock ID numbers with standardized premises identification numbers;  Support efforts to increase compliance for existing animal identification requirements; and  Work with industry to develop a long-term plan to ensure the animal identification infrastructure is maintained, following scrapie eradication."
